Official Rules:

  • Bikepacking Roots, a 501c3 nonprofit organization, is the Sponsor of the Sweepstakes.
  • The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
  • Sweepstakes entries will be accepted through September 8th, 2023 at 11:59 (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada).
  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Worldwide entrants are eligible, however the winner is responsible for any shipping costs in excess of $100.
  • Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing. Winners will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address they entered the Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by September 15th.
  • The Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected. 
  • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
  • No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
  • No purchase necessary. If you’d like a free contest entry, please mail a postcard to Old Man Mountain at 61560 American Ln, Bend, OR 97702, including your full name, mailing address, email, birth date, and phone number. All entries must be received by September 8th, 2023.
  • Employees and Board Members of the Sponsor and Old Man Mountain/Robert Axle Project and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
