Fit Kits protegen tu bici. Not all bike eyelets are meant for racks, most are only made for fenders or have very low weight limits. Axle mounting protects your frame by moving the load from a small bolt that's loaded in shear to a stud that extends from the axle and is captured by the rack dropouts.

Rear Fit Kit 808

Fit Kit 808 is for mounting an Old Man Mountain Fat Sherpa to the rear of a fat bike.

Thru Axle: 12 mm thru axle with 223 to 229 mm length and x 1.5 mm thread pitch.

Pair of 5" Dropouts. Attach the rack frame to thru axle to fit all fat bike tire sizes.

Pair of 14" extenders. Stabilize and level the rack.

Pair of OMM Pucks. Mount to the seatstays to provide an upper attachment point for the rack.

Stainless steel mounting hardware.

Pair – Pucks for Road, Gravel, and Cross Forks

These pucks attach the Old Man Mountain rack frame to your road, gravel or cross bike fork. They provide a secure upper attachment point for the front rack. Included in the packet are heavy duty zip ties, clear protective film, and mounting hardware. Designed for use with carbon, steel, titanium and aluminum forks. Slots in the puck also allow for use with metal hose clamps (not intended for carbon forks). Pucks can be left on the bike for future reinstallation of the rack.

Fit Kit for bikes with Eyelets

$70.00

If your bike has eyelet mounts on the front or rear dropouts, this kit will fit your bike. Keep in mind our racks are rated to 70 lbs only when mounted to the thru axle. Eyelet kits are rated to 45 lbs, which should be more than enough for most adventures, but does not take full advantage of the carry capacity of our racks when mounted to our thru axles.
